  Received very disappointing flowers for Valentine's Day. The flowers had very short stems (almost like they were remnants). The roses had brown tips and the Gerber Daisy's were very small and had black dots all over them. They were crammed into a vase with lily's over taking the arrangement. I called Heather and Vine to express my disappointment only to be told "Our flowers are fresh and are made from a set menu". "those roses are suppose to have brown edges" ?red roses with brown edges?. The flowers bad, but the staff was worse. Please note when reading reviews the 5 star comes from one of the owners.
